Job Requirements:
- Physical Strength & Stamina: You must be capable of lifting and carrying heavy items such as furniture, boxes, and appliances.
- Professional Appearance: All employees are expected to maintain a neat, clean appearance. This includes your beards being well maintained and neat, wearing the company-provided shirt, and keeping pants pulled up—no sagging allowed.
- Customer Service: We take pride in providing excellent customer service, so you must be friendly, approachable, and able to interact with clients in a respectful and professional manner.
- Work Ethic: There is no downtime while working on a customer’s clock. You must be willing to stay focused, efficient, and productive throughout the entire job.

- Attention to Detail: Cleanliness is our top priority, and you must have a keen eye for detail to ensure every space is left spotless. Duties include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and more.
- Professional Appearance: Employees are expected to maintain a neat and clean appearance. You will be required to wear the company-provided shirt, and personal hygiene must be maintained at all times.
- Punctuality & Work Ethic: There is no downtime when working on a customer’s clock. You must be ready to stay focused and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Customer Service: Cleaners must be friendly, polite, and able to interact professionally with clients. A positive attitude and willingness to accommodate special cleaning requests are essential.
- Flexibility: You may be required to clean various types of properties, including offices, homes, and post-move spaces. You must be adaptable and willing to work on different types of jobs.
